Ethicon has been a valued client of SefcikProd for over two decades. This year, they wanted to truly stand out and leave an unforgettable impression on their audience at the National Sales Meeting. We were confident that we could deliver, and we did.

We created a completely unique 90-degree set designed to fully immerse the presenters into the crowd and captivate the audience. Our set included professional VOGs, stadium-level SFX, and a three-thrust stage design, all of which combined to create an impressive and unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance.

We are proud of the outcome of this project and the satisfaction of our client.

  • A completely unique corner layout with custom-built moving louver doors and 3-piece thrust stage gave every presenter a dramatic and grand entrance.

  • We worked with an existing theme developed by the client's agency and provided presentation layout and clean-up as well as further supplemental visual support.

  • We developed a custom animation featuring over 1,000 headshots of Ethicon colleagues in addition to on-site video support.

  • In addition to the heavy production lift of producing the General Session, we were also tasked with producing and supporting a large number of breakouts ranging in size from 100-500 attendees.
