Rhythm had a negative experience with a large, Chicago-based agency. As a result, they decided to explore our services for their North America Meeting, hoping for a much more elevated experience for their attendees in 2024.
We helped Rhythm to revamp their budget plan, which was previously maxed out at $625K in 2023, and spent primarily on agency overhead, leaving very little for creative "wow factors" on-site.
With our help, Rhythm was able to host an immersive event that left their audience stunned. The event was a huge success, thanks to the properly utilized budget, and has already led to a rebooking for 2025 in Phoenix, AZ.

We know how to make a big impact in a small space. Using custom-built lighting elements we brought the meeting theme to life. This was accented further by a circular stage that played off the theme design and reinforced further by dedicated vertical outboard monitors featuring custom content and theme logo animations.

When tasked to come up with the theme ideation and design, we made a simple but powerful visual connection between the existing Rhythm branding and the theme "Realize Hope." This gave us the building blocks to carry the design theme into a cohesive meeting brand that carried over into all visual components.

Along with custom logo animations and an opening hype sizzle video, we also provided on-site video support throughout the meeting to capture all the magic.
