Our team successfully partnered with J&J Vision for the second year in a row, after taking over their entire production efforts from a NYC-based agency that failed to deliver.

Despite being challenged with a ballroom space that was 33% smaller than the previous year, we were able to confidently deliver a remarkable experience by utilizing our creativity.

We designed a sleek and low-profile set that captivated the audience with its unique lighting elements and fully customized, rounded stage. Our team's unwavering confidence in our abilities allowed us to deliver an exceptional event that, once again, exceeded expectations.

  • We made a challenging space come to life by illuminating the set with custom lighting pieces which gave us the ability to change the color of the entire environment with the press of a button.

  • Presentation layout and clean-up based on client-supplied theme and branding as well as environmental graphics (signage, banners, clings) and sub-event branding support.

  • In addition to on-site video support, we also created a fully custom-built animation video for the opening of the meeting.
